SNAP covers NUTRITION shakes/drinks. I.e; Ensure, Boost, etc. You CANNOT purchase SUPPLEMENT shakes/drinks with SNAP. Pay very close attention to the nutrition/supplement labels! Also, be aware that even though the pre-made shakes/drinks may be covered by FS, the powders may not be. Such is the case with the Pure Protein brand. The pre-made has a 'Nutrition' label & the powder has a 'Supplement' label. I have no clue as to why, but it is a frustration like no other! Most often, the powder is a better deal for the money, even when mixing it into things other than water.
