I live in AZ and sent a package to my son in Eugene. I requested redelivery however I found out from an operator at USPS(800 number)that the package is still sitting there. She gave me the phone number to call them directly. I have been calling for 30 minutes and no one has picked up. Horrible service.

Great customer service, tried to help resolve an issue of getting other peoples mail from another post office that’s been going on for five months. Appreciated their taking time to give suggestions of how we could try to get our local post office to stop delivering other people mail to our box that don’t live at address. Very nice and professional and took time to listen.

I live on Lone Oak LOOP and today I checked my mail to find that the ENTIRE BOX IS UNLOCKED and everyone's mail is exposed. AND THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME!! Of course you can't get a person on the phone to come fix this. Also, I've posted a previous review with several updates detailing years of delivery issues, lost packages, mistakes like the one today... It has been deleted from google.

People who work at USPS and River Road Post Office please stop leaving positive comments. You need to go mail a Christmas card or package and stand in line while there is one person working the window. When I go to the Post office I know what is like to live in a country where there are bread lines like it was was in the USSR

$60.00 every 6 months or $120.00 per year.
If you already have a key, some places will copy it. Unless it is the orginal key that states "do not copy" Otherwise, you will need to go to your post office and request a new lock and keys. There is a $40 fee for the service.
No, the post office on 5th and Willamete does. And the Veneta post office does also.
You will need to go into the Post Office and talk to someone at the counter and pay a $40 replacement fee.
