Judgmental- Now, in 2022 I thought we were over the tattoo judgement. I was pretty much hired over the phone but then told I have to come and meet in person to see if the “owner” liked me. An older lady held my phone interview. After passing the test and the UA and meeting another person who worked there (my job was to work at express, as a secretary) I was told, “my boss won’t appreciate all your tattoos, they are not offensive but your neck tattoo is large and would be a distraction.” What? I politely got up, and left. I wonder how many other good employees you turn away by not being a EOE. Shame on your business.

The in-depth interview process used to find exactly what kind of work I was looking for, to the professionalism and hard work I received working with Samantha W. was nothing short of amazing! roughly a week after my start interview Samantha was able to find me a job that was exactly what I wanted. my experience with express has been wonderful. I was looking for a job outside of the food service industry and literally two days after I had my interview and completed my onboarding process I got a job doing upholstery work. Jason was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude and everyone at express was responsive and had great communication. Definitely recommend express to anyone looking for a job fast.
