I have 2 dogs that bark too much, they are outsides dogs. I recently received a citation, for dog complaints from neighborhood?

What breeds are they? Have you tried contacting breed rescues?

Ok, thank you. The dogs are my daughter's and I've tried to explain to her, from what Ive seen or watched friends go through. She doesn't heed my advice, or suggestion, like I dont know what Im talking about. I am researching, for my grandchildren, two of the dogs are their's. They know we need to let go of two of the four their not happy, we try to reassure them, that their dog's wont be given away. She wont give the other two up, unless she knows the potential owners, or if its a family or friends friend. I will try, Thank you so much for the feedback, all I can do is try. Have a good day.
