I have an adorable, female, spayed Chihuahua mix I adopted at the end of March.
She is sweet & I thought I could handle 3 small dogs (I have 2 existing small adoptions), but I've found 2 is my limit.
Does it cost money to turn-in a dog?

No but possibly looking at a reacue to assist with a placement would be better.

Deborah pls keep that dog. I work full time 40 miles from home. I have three dogs. Sorry, but there is no excuse for you to return the dog!!!
