I have an August 5 deadline on my paperwork. I need an extension because I was there several times and wasn't able to turn it in. Thank you. I was told the mailbox isn't ready yet and I am worried that it will be lost.

There should be an email address on your paperwork specific to the person or team you need to reach. Send it asap, letting them know your concerns regarding the mailbox. Make sure you keep your draft with the time and date you sent it. Hope this helps!
