Great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable. It's in a very convenient area. I had to return and swap out a car part because I purchased the wrong size and it was all my fault and I'm such a bad bad boy. Anyways...there was zero hastle and no questions asked. It was just a simple in and out. Even got to stay around and bs with a couple employees about car stuff. Really good store for all yo auto parts needs. Shop at the zone the auto zone.

I am a homegrown mechanic starting at age 8 . If there's a will there's a way. I give what I get reasonably. These guys next day me for 6 days! Ignored me. Treated me as if I knew nothing as they so wisely ordered my lower radiator hose wrong not once but TWICE sooooo 3RD time a lady they acted. TRIED to refused to give me my prepaid hose my Dad prepaid while puffy up literally at my injured Veteran Dad whom had every rite to be upset and surprisingly didn't yell just raised his voice after being nice on the phone OK...Mr. Self-proclaimed manager/mechanic...why did U choose a lower income job over high paying mechanics job? Labels mean nothing when u can't back it up. And I thot I was the female. It's okay sweety...you win. With your man handles...me and your kind....duhhhhh phat... man smarts . This girl can't beat that. I'm not mad at all for being rite and I forgive you for not be capable enough to cope w the fact that a pretty women is A smarter and Happier mechanically than sorry for you. And corporate I challenge yaou to call me since it's impossible to to get through to you to let you know you're losing money due to inadequate bullies that work for you. Tired of hearing the same complaints? Is that's why I'm hearing the same complaint way to much? I deserve the respect I give. I will never buy from your business again. Why??? Because it's wrong to be Bullied and it's wrong for you to allow it.

Went to auto zone for vacuum line and vacuum gauge... They literally had me in the back of the store looking through the inventory because they had no idea what they're doing. They couldn't even be bothered to look up a 1/4" conversion to metric. I was literally taken in the back and was told here you go this is all our vacuum lines and left there for over 15 minuets alone in a very disorganized shelf. AutoZone you should consider hiring someone that knows something about cars.
