Pet smart has their own vet. You should ask them who is approved. Fit a regular vet, I would recommend regal vet.
I don't know. I think PetSmart has their own internal vet. At least some locations do. I'd call them and ask. Unless it specifically says to go to Regal, I'd call PetSmart first and ask them.
