I have not taken any of my animals to this vet clinic, however when I called to see if I could get my cat in, who needs hip surgery because he was crushed, I was horribly treated by the lady that answered the phone. I think her name was Michelle. I’m trying to explain what my cat was needing and she interrupted me to ask me if my cat was dead, which to me is very rude and inconsiderate. I was already in a distressed and traumatic frame of mind and this sent me over the edge. I cried the rest of the day. First of all, I wouldn’t be calling about a surgery for a dead cat. Second, I feel those in this profession should understand the people calling are concerned and worried about their beloved fur babies and need a bit of compassion. By the way, my cat still needs surgery. So thank you Michelle and Indian Trails for all the added trauma to my week.

This is a picture of Daisy feeling freaked out by the garbage trucks barreling through on trash day. It’s also a picture of the opposite feeling she gets at Indian Trail Animal Hospital. Our vet clinic staff makes every pet feel like it’s their birthday, it’s so fun. Honestly, the staff are so sweet and fun I feel like it’s my special day too, every time we visit!

The name if this should be Veterinarian and not animal hospital. I called in with a concern about my pets and I was thusly prompted to go to another animal hospital. We were told we would need a appointment to get them seen. What kind of Hospital turns away an emergency? Unless they can redeem themselves the 1 star will remain there as a reminder of turning away pets in need.

I had a great experience here and Dr. Heather made sure my chihuahua was comfortable and felt loved. The prices are a bit spendy but not to much higher than our last one in Tacoma. I'll continue to take my doggy here.
