Amazing overall experience each time, even through Covid the team really cares about my pet. All of the doctors took the time to answer all of my question and addressed every concern. They answered emails if I wasn’t able to drive. My poodle is high needs and they were able to provide him the best care. I highly recommend! (And I have been to a lot of Banfield facilities in various locations this one is the best!)

I have been using Banfield on and off for over 15 years. It was not till I started going to the Banfield in Spokane that I began having issues. Every visit it is something. I continually get the run around and I can never trust much of what I'm being told. My animals come high on my priority list and to feel that I'm driving way out of my way to go to the only Banfield in town and to not be getting them the best care is unnerving.

Very polite Carin staff. But those who may not know, it's located inside Pet Smart. Once inside store, it's to right, just past pet grooming salon.

They have been taking care of my little guy Dani since he was 5 weeks old, they are the best the puppy payment plans they have are great. I purchased 1 of the plans, it takes my Dani thru the first year. If you want your precious boy or girl to get excellent service and they treat the animals very well too!!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
I called the local Banfield and they helped me to cancel.
I love about this wellness plan they make it so easy for you and it has made me a better pet owner.
No
They are a great vet., but WSU is in Pullman, Washington for serious things for pets. Their prices are reasonable and Vets are great at both places.
