We have been bringing our dogs here for 15+ years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are all welcoming & caring. The doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable, professional & kind. They always go above & beyond to make our dogs comfortable whether they are a puppy or an older dog. We have had nothing but great things to say about Lincoln Heights Veterinary Clinic. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for 20+ years. The office manager, Carolyn, has been there the whole time. She has ALWAYS been kind, calm, professional, knowledgeable, organized. My pets and I have seen different vets and staff over the years, but Carolyn has been a rock, and a true comfort to me throughout. I recently took my dog there for a minor problem, which was addressed with care and efficiently. The office was very busy, but the process is streamlined. After checking in at the front desk, you get placed in a room to see the vet, and after your visit you check out and pay in the room...no waiting at the front desk after your visit. Veterinarians are slammed these days, and I think Lincoln Heights does a superb job of caring for pets and their people in this challenging time.

the people at lincoln heights vet are always so kind and welcoming when i visit with my little ratties. few months ago they got me in right away for my little guy who was experiencing labored breathing. after all the diagnostics i learned he had a tumor on his lungs and had to be put down. throughout this time they were nothing but compassionate and caring and even showed me his radiographs of his lungs to educate me. i got a new guy recently and he had to be sedated for a skin scraping to check if he had mites. when i picked him up i knew they cared for him because they were chatting with me about his quirky attitude and behavior so they obviously spent time with him while he was there! if you need an exotic vet to go to in spokane, i highly recommend lincoln heights vet! I’ve been going to them since 1986 with all 4 of my golden retrievers. They’ve always been competent and compassionate. I’m sorry that Dr Mary Beth Porter is retiring, but I’m sure whoever comes in her place will be another wonderful veterinarian.

Questions & Answers

Our guinea pig has a few scratch or bite marks on her head because of our other guinea pigs scratching or biting her. She has lost the hair on her head around the marks. Is this something we should get her looked at for?
