When we first started with this vet back in about 2015-16, we gave this office 5+ stars. But unfortunately, all of our favorite vets have moved on and the quality of vets now are not quality vets. Our favorite office / techs are still there. Rachel, Serena, Ariana, and Charles are absolutely the best there are but after many years we are seriously looking for a new vet for our beloved pets. It saddens me how much this office has deteriorated in the past couple of years. I used to be proud to say we use North Division VCA. We have 3 dogs and a cat on the care club plans but even those plans have gone downhill.

I wanted to update my review. I reached out to the director of the clinic and she was so kind and willing to talk to my husband and I! She really addressed our concerns and put our worry to rest. We feel much more confident in our choice and I really appreciate Tami taking the time to talk to us. We brought our kitty in because he was sick and ended up having a blockage. The care he needed was going to be far too expensive so instead of putting him down, the vet offered to take him on and they would give him the care he needed and then re home him. We agreed, and are very grateful that he was able to get the care needed, but we felt like the entire thing could have been handled better. The clinic still charged us for a scan and then they did not gather any information about him that would be useful for adopting him out. There was just a lot about the situation that left us worrying and frustrated in addition to adjusting to losing our kitty.

I was turned away for emergency dental after I'd paid out the wazoo for checkup that found the problem. I was told to go elsewhere because they were only doing one surgery a month and booked. So now I have to pay for yet another initial appointment just to get diagnosed and treated. My poor baby is suffering and having seizures because her front teeth are bad. They don't care at all. Nice VCA, GOOD LOOKING OUT!

Had to take our cat into emergency vet. They took very good car of our Chino. When he was very sick. Noce and patient people. Love the office kitty. Not cheap when it is an emergency but better priced then the other Emergency vet. Appt. Prices better. But when you need them they are quick to get your pet in. Like an ER but for animals.

It is a case-by-case cuz that just as is any other veterinarian visit. I am not positive if they have a flat rate. I'm sure they do for routine visits. However I'm sure they take each one on an individual Case by case
Good people. Expensive Im taking one of my cats there today.
This is a public forum, not the website for the company
They had a groomer for a while but I do not know if she is still with them. Do call and ask
I would go to whomever you adopted the pup from and ask about how thw dog scored on the multi animal behavior test. Most shelters run tests on animals to see how they behave in certain situations and put those results on the adoption sheet so potential forever home knows the pups behavior.
Thats a really great question! I am not sure if they do but they are great at answering questions whenever I have them if I call and leave a message on their VM.
