I'd call and ask. You can access the patio from a set of stairs in the back but you need to be seated by the hostess at the front. Being a full blown restaurant I'd doubt they allow dogs due to health code reasons.
If im not mistaken you have to go through the restaurant to get to the patio. So might be worth it to call and ask.
