My party was seated 10 minutes before 2:00 pm and were ready to order as soon as we got there, but it took 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. When we tried to order the lunch specials we were told it was too late even after we explained that we were seated before 2:00. We ordered from the regular menu and waited 45 minutes before explaining that we had plans and would need to either leave or get our food to go if it was ready. Suddenly our food was ready even though 3 tables who were there before us still hadn’t gotten their food yet. When we were finally able to eat it, the boneless wings had almost no sauce on them and 4 of the 5 sauces were so salty they were borderline inedible, and don’t get me wrong, I like salty food. The actual chicken itself was good and crunchy. The fries were cold and salty, but the tater tots were okay.

Went in for wings on national wing day with a couple of my family. It took 28 minutes for receive 15 wings, and they were wrong. Another person was less than impressed with their Mac and cheese. Overall, not a great showing for B-Dubs.

Ordered salt and vinegar wings and fries around 7 pm. The wings were dry on the outside and worse on the inside as though they were sitting under a warmer lamp all day. Very little salt and vinegar flavor. The fries were just as dry and cold. Very disappointed. The two others in my group were fine except for cold fries.

Not a good experience... We waited about an hour to get our food when it wasn't heavily packed and unfortunately the food was just bad. Initially we were brought the wrong food and had to wait longer. My double burger had what I believe to be burnt bits from the grill as well as overcooked and just tasted like it had been sitting forever. Fries were also not fresh. The people next to us were also brought the wrong food and their burger was really cold they reported. The manager quickly comped both us and the other person without even asking and the server was really nice and did her job well. I'm rating so low because I believe a change needs to be made. I'm not sure who is at fault if it's kitchen or what but I've gathered that this is something that happens frequently. We really appreciate them taking it off the bill but would just loved to have been able to sit and enjoy a meal there.

really good wearing a mask when waiting to be seated everything is sanitized. they provide plastic dinning wear. very safe place to eat
