The Appliance Guys are one of the most professional and competent companies that I have ever dealt with. As part of a kitchen remodel we replaced the dish washer. It did not make it through 3 washings. Rikki came in and found holes in the tub. Also that the motor had been damaged. This was all replaced under warranty and now it runs like new. Every thing about the Appliance Guys was great, great phone service, appointment scheduling, and arriving on time. Thank you!

The Appliance Guys were contracted by Whirlpool to fix my washer. Their communication was excellent, always keeping me in the loop about the status of the parts order. They also texted before coming, and followed up when I had questions. Although we're out of their service area I would use them again if I could.

My refrigerator has been having issues freezing up so I gave these guys a call and we set up an appointment. The day before the appointment I hadn't heard from them so I called to make sure we were still on. They told me there was a scheduling issue but what happened was they booked me for the month that had already passed and now they are fully booked on the day that they were supposed to come by... What a waste of time. How hard is it to book someone at the correct time? And all I got was a "sorry"... No attempt to help or correct their mistake at all. Yeah, I'm going with another company. Good thing this wasn't an emergency...
