My boyfriend is going to Florida tonight on United Airlines. His cousin in Florida wants him to bring her borittoes from her favorite restaurant here. Can he bring them with ice pack in his carry on.

Nope has 2 be in checked luggage. TSA will remove it unless u want to "check" them for 75bucks!! They'll go with all other checked

We travel with food all the time. But no ice. Just chill them well and pack them in a small cooler.
