Always a pleasure to ride the bus. Comfy seats, friendly drivers, nice ride down the way to your destination. The Portland hub is sometimes busy, but convenient. If you're going to Portland Jetport this is the stop you get off at and Uber's or a taxi are nearby.

I traveled back and forth from Portland to Logan with the coach and it was so easy! The buses are clean and the staff is very professional. We arrived on time and pick up was also very timely. You can use your passes up to one year from purchase, which is great if you have to cancel a trip last minute like I did. I also messed up one of my tickets and the woman at the front desk was super helpful in correcting the error and getting me where I needed to be.

I love the ease of using this service to go to Boston airport. Clean, tidy and meets my travel needs. Most of the drivers are really great, a couple seem grumpy bUT over all the drivers really are so efficient. They are ALWAYS ON TIME! Trustworthy. -Augusta is open again inside, - Portland I like but I really dislike its too far from Portland Airport to walk over so it's not a good option for that stop. -Boston, drops + picks you up RIGHT at baggage claim. Bathroom is closet tiny size and they no longer offer bottles water, but neither are deal Breakers.

Nice transportation center. Concord staff was friendly and helpful

Your ticket can be purchased online and the ticket will be on your phone for the driver to scan.
Yes, you can pay to park at the Concord Bus Lines parking lot in Portland for multiple days. Parking is in a large, gated, open-air parking lot-not a parking garage. Their rates are much more reasonable than are parking garage rates. Call to get the daily rates, or search their website. A slight topic digression: I took a flight out of Boston-Logan (PWM wasn't an option). The cost of parking at Concord/Portland was several hundreds less, & taking a bus to Logan was simple ... easy! That being said, there are satellite parking lots scattered around the neighborhoods adjacent to Logan that offer parking at nearly the same price point as the Concord Coach Lines lot in Portland, but not having to deal with the traffic, and after thinking about which neighborhood I felt better leaving my car parked in for two-to- three weeks -for me- parking and taking the bus from Portland was the best option! I hope this helps!
Yes they are good. You can also buy tickets in advance and use at a later date
Just talk to the driver, they usually have a couple options of movies even kid friendly ones
Not normally but I think if there's room they might accept. You need to call to find out.
The long term parking lot has automated pay stations so you can pay 24/7.
I tried this a couple years ago, however they don"t offer that service. I had to get a friend to come by with a key.
Yes, they should be able to look it up
Depending on the destination, a ticket is good for any time on any day. I believe tickets are good for 12 months. The only exception is on buses to New York City.
Yes I believe you can
Go back to a bus terminal. Ask them. They may say you can use it within a year.
No not til Aug. 16th
Have left vehicle for several nights. No issues. Easy to find a spot. Locked after last bus at night.
One leaves at 5pm and one leaves around 12am, look at the website for more
Yes you can, everyone is on the schedule. Just show them your I. D.
I have seen very large suitcases go underneath with no problem or extra charge.
Yes, the lobby is open on Sundays.
Yes , and if you get in early you can get on an earlier one
Best to use their website or call them.
I'm not sure there's a limit on the time (but if it's many months you probably want to check w/the company). Last time I parked it was $6/day.
This answer service crowd-sources answers; it's not connected to the company.
Yes 5$ a day and there is security as well. We have never had a problem leaving our cars here.
$5 daily
In my experience, yes
15 minutes
Ticket is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
I don't think so
No. If you call enterprise they will pick you up.
5 minute drive. There is a taxi rank outside the Concord terminal doors
No reserved seating.you line up at the door when your bus arrives
The cart and bike will only go if there is space in luggage compartment. The driver can deny the items if they feel that it will take up too much room for other luggage.
Check on line, Concord coach lines, portland me
Taxis are available on location for $10-12 to the Jetport. If you walk .3mi out to Congress St via Sewall St, you can take the Metro City Bus (Route 5) for $1.50 ($0.75 for seniors) to the Jetport. There is parking available ($5/ day on a 24hr clock) at Concord Coach Lines. There are Lots A, B, and C. You may have to park in Lot C and walk a little further during peak travel times.
Outside of baggage claim at each terminal. Look for an orange "Scheduled Bus" sign (it's a long walk out of Terminal C). Departure times are based off Terminal A (bus goes around to other terminals after) and schedule is the same Monday-Sunday. Times are as follows: 5:55a.m., 7:35a.m., 9:35a.m., 10:35a.m., 11:35a.m., 12:35p.m., 1:35p.m., 2:35p.m., 3:35p.m., 4:35p.m., 5:35p.m., 6:35p.m., 7:35p.m., 8:35p.m., 9:35p.m., and 11:25p.m.
There is no shuttle to the Portland Jetport. The city of Portland took it away. You can either grab a taxi outside (there is a taxi stand, no need to call for one) or walk 5 minutes out to Congress St to take the #5 bus outbound to the Jetport.
No, closest car rental would be at the Portland Jetport or the Enterprise on Marginal Way in Portland.
Concord Coach only allows service animals on their buses.
Never lost one. Pretty sure your idea would work.
It should be around $40 for two people
In my experience no.
