Maine law requires large scale stores to be closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas so the emplyees can spend the holiday with their families. It would be best to make one from scratch. Not too many convience stores stock up on cake mix.
go to any store open and buy a birthday cake mix and make your own
Most retail stores are closed today, as it is Easter. Best bet is to find their number and call. There are some convenience stores open, but not sure about cakes.
