Everything is great during business hours but it would be nice to not have to take an hour and a half out of my work day to add a vehicle to my policy. There should be a way for me to do this in the evening as well.

Kristen I think was her name at the desk. She was incredibly helpful and super sweet. I was happy with her service and her attitude! Would definitely recommend!

When I went in 1 employee was with someone, 1 employee was on the phone and 2 employees were sitting at their desks appearing to be doing nothing. There was a woman that walked in right in front of me and one right behind me. The person at the information desk was rude and after she finished with the woman in front of us she walked off without saying anything. The woman that came in behind me left and after a few more minutes of standing there I also left. The customer service was very poor- not even acknowledging we were there. The woman behind me didn't wait at all, seeing how the employees weren't personable or friendly she went to the Augusta division for friendlier service. My daughter and I decided to wait, but for naught, as we were never helped and soon followed the other woman's lead. Poor review

Do you do drivers license renewals? How much does it cost and what needs to be brought in in order to add a physical address to a license?

They do renewals. You just need your current license and it cost $32. As far as adding a physical address I'm not sure since mine was the same on my renewal. I think a utility bill or something like that would work for the address.

It should only take 10-14 days through the mail, or you could have the office print it out for you
