There's no UPS store or anything AT the outlets. There's a UPS distribution centre that can take care of your packaging needs. It's about a half mile from the outlet entrance. If you go to the light where Sheetz is diagonal to your right, turn right there and it'll be up on the right as you go toward Funkstown! Hope this helps! Xo

There are houses near the area 5-10 min drive but I haven't seen any apartments. Those are more downtown about 15 min drive or so. I haven't seen houses for rent in the area either but you'd have to look and see for yourself.
