If I could put negative stars I most definitely would. I only stayed for so long because Matt Kearney is phenomenal at what he does but the whole practice is awful. I've been turned away more times than I can count for all 3 of my kids due to everything being a "covid symptom" even though they knew for example how bad my son has asthma they wouldn't see him. They tell me every time to go to urgent care. My kids can't even get the medical attention they need, urgent cares can't do what they can and that's the point of having a family doctor. They also hardly ever have same day sick appointments so it's impossible to even get my kids in. Really sad to have to leave my children's doctor but the practice made it this way.

Deal with Dr. O, always comes in smiling, and is a good listener. One of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. We need more doctors like him. Shows that he cares about you, I can’t say enough about him.

I absolutely adore the medical personnel here. The drs and Dr assistant's are amazing!!! The nurses are angels. Everyone that works there is kind and curtious. However, the phone has always been an issue!!!! They never answer the phone!!! My daughter's Adderall has to be called in every month because it's a controlled substance, and it can take all day calling to get a person to answer the phone. My daughter has often gone without her meds because I haven't gotten intouch with anyone to get it refilled. I work and can't be on the phone all day. I've been calling there this morning since 8am as soon as I tap 3 for all other calls I get a dial tone. So frustrating. Really wish with all these complaints you have received about this being an issue I really wish something will be done to correct this issue

Was last seen a little of a year when I was hospitalized for numerous days. Was instructed to see heart specialist and lung specialist after release. I was told they would set it up. Unfortunately for me COVID shut the world down and noone ever called. Called this past week to make appointment. Then I called today to share new insurance. I was on hold 5 min 45 seconds first time. On hold 6 min second time. Answer phone.
