There are houses near the area 5-10 min drive but I haven't seen any apartments. Those are more downtown about 15 min drive or so. I haven't seen houses for rent in the area either but you'd have to look and see for yourself.
There's not enough living space around the outlets to rent as a home. I'm pretty sure that they only have shopping stores and a giant food court.
It's gon be like a 15 min drive at least, chief. We don't do housing 'round these parts.
