Perfect pet store! I got my hermit crabs there about 2/4 months ago and they are still living happily! It's also a really nice store and they DO care about the animals which is always a good sign.

One day we happened to drive by and spotted the business So my 5 year old son my husband and I decided we would go in and check it out. They had a huge variety of different petsAnd from what they were telling us they get lots of new animals and accessories quite frequently. One thing I want to say was that they were so kind to my son my husband and I and were willing to Answer any questions that my son and i had. The gentleman that helped us the 1st time we went and went above and beyond to make sure that we got to see whatever we would like to see at that point. The best part was they had hedgehogs and the gentleman asked us questions about our family and let me know that it was not a good fit for our household but he took them out and let us pat them which I thought was wonderful. He was very patient with my son and kind and I appreciated it so much that on my son's 6th birthday a few weeks later we went back and picked him up a hamster and the woman that helped us that day went above and beyond and beyond to tell my son everything you need to know to be a good pet owner. She sat down and talked while he listened and set his cage up with him, It was the kindest and coolest thing I can't even say it enough. They definitely went above and beyond for my family. Truly grateful for their kindness and all their patience with our silly questions. My son went home with the biggest smile and the best hamster I've ever owned in my life. If it was not for Fish Tails Pet Emporium my son would have had just another birthday but instead it was a special day and they helped to make it that much better!!! Huge thank you to the amazing staff, we will 100% be back for any pet needs!!

Great to have a local mom and pop pet shop still around! Didn’t realize this place was here, but stopped in today and it’s great. Plenty of supplies, animals and great customer service! The big chains seriously lack in knowledge, stock and friendly staff, so this place was a great find. I’ll be back and will tell people about this place so they can shop local.

Amazing staff. Very know and friendly. All animals are in great condition and priced responsible. Fish selection is great and all have lived that I've gotten from them.
