Just had to wait to speak to a worker. It seems there are never enough workers and it can take a while to be seen. Would be better if there was something on the tv not just information about benefits, and the wonderful music.

The waiting is terrible and they close too early and most people that work there take several breaks while people are waiting to get their problems solved. They have 13 windows for service and only one of two of them are opened and helping people.The call service is terrible and you have to wait almost an hour to talk to a living person not and automated system. I wish they had an option where we could choose less than one star rating that is how much I hate dealing with this place. I also called them within business hours to resolve an issue with my EBT money not being put on my card once again (this has happened many times in the past). I called them at 2:20 pm an actual person answered at 3:30pm I explained the problem and before they fixed it or even attempted to reimburse me for the money they failed to put on my card, the person said “you’ll have to call us tomorrow we are closing” and hung up the phone.
