Literally worst experience at a Dunkin I’ve ever had. The “manager” was doing nothing but screaming at all her employees, the other guy who I assume was a shift leader (had a black t shirt on) totally dismissed my question when I tried to get his attention, the one making food just didn’t obviously want to do his job. I ordered two bagels, one with butter and one with cream cheese. I got two bagels with nothing on them and two sides of cream cheese. I asked the dude in the black shirt if I could get butter on one and he totally ignored me and walked away. Maybe if the manager wasn’t being so rude to all her employees they would all be in better moods. There is another Dunkin a mile up the road and I will be going there from now on. That manager needs a long vacation and some retraining on how to treat her employees and customers or something because her stress could be felt through the whole place and I wasn’t the only one noticing it. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t handle it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I live directly next door to this Dunkin' so I used to go there frequently. However over the course of an entire year they messed up my order every single morning (except weekends, when I don't have to drive to work). I've complained, brought it to managers attention, tried to give them "one more chance" every day, but nothing has changed. Their service is still sub par and staff arent intelligent enough to count the number of items supposed to be in the bag, let alone smart enough to read what's in the order. Now I brew my coffee at home before work, I'm better off because of it because I save money and start my day off without getting frustrated about wasting money. So thank you Dunkin' for being so terrible that I grew as a person and learned how much better off I am without you.

They always make my coffee the way I want it made Winslow seems to have a really bad problem with that plus the Winslow Dunkin Donuts serviced is absolutely ridiculously not good. But this Dunkin Donuts across from the post office has great workers
