Hands down my favorite place to buy all my meats! Family owned and operated by GREAT people, who are always willing to discuss options and give you ideas or advise if needed. The quality of product is the among the best I've ever had! I'd stack some of Roland's choice sirloins against all but the best, aged prime grade beef... Season well with s&p, add a touch of garlic, and apply to the heat. You will not be disappointed!

Made it into Emerys for the first time today. Super helpful and friendly staff. Tons of variety. Very high quality product that is reasonably priced. Left with breakfast sausages, two steaks, some pork ribs, handmade seasoning and a very nice goat cheese for about 2/3rds of what I was expecting to pay.

We've been buying our meat here for quite a while now and I cant say enough about this place. To start with, the people who run this place are not only personable, but they have gone out of their way time and time again to fill any request we've had. The quality of the meat is top notch here across the board. There are other butcher shops locally and I've patronized each of them many times over the years. While I cant really complain about the other shops, I can say with confidence that Emery's in Waterville is a shinning star comparatively. We've found that their products are ALWAYS of only the best quality and the personal touch that these folks pass on makes it fun to shop here. Once you give these folks a try, you'll never want to go anywhere else again.
