Maybe it's seasonal, or 4pm is last time you can go in so you have enough time to walk around.
Jay, i posted all the photos i took while there. These included the informational plaques they had on the self guided tour. It may say in those :)
All we saw was one tent at the far end of the parking lot. They did not have a fee posted for using the shower.

There is an indoor visitor center but Big B is outside along with most exhibits.
When was the accident? My husband and I was there in the early summer and we went inside. Well, he did. I'm afraid of heights.

Yes adults $8.00 seniors $7.50 kids 6-12 are $5.00 kids 5 and under are free.
