Extremely upset with how this office is run. My wife and I want a referral for our son and his dr wants to push us to do something we don’t want to do. We have asked for the referral a few times and they won’t do it so now we are getting our Lawyer involved after being told no and having the doctor tell us that we need to do something else that we do not feel comfortable doing at this time I would not suggest taking your child to this place. And in the beginning to top it all off we’ve been told multiple times different things by other employees that work there. then when we go in for a check up and we explain what we’ve been doing the doctor tells us that we should not be doing that we explain that we’ve been told by other employees. Red flag !!!!!!!

Waterville Peds has gotten increasingly worse over the years. We stuck it out because Dr. Leblond was amazing. Since she left we’ve gotten mediocre care, nobody ever answers the phone, and calls rarely get returned. This is not my idea of good patient care. We’re one of the many families leaving their practice.

Micro Brewlogic

They are incredibly disorganized and rude, and since we moved months ago they have been holding on to my youngest child’s medical records, despite going through the records release process multiple times, and with no reason given. If you have a choice, I’d recommend going somewhere that cares more about the children than treating them like a number, which they then misplace.
