I was shown an apt that after I had put my down payment on was told was already taken so Fernanda rushed me into a worse off apt and then threatened that if I don’t sign the lease documents soon that I will lose this apt (THIS WAS IN A 12 HOUR SPAN, she even told me that I was moving too fast for her??) Took me three days to get a key to the apartment when I first moved in... The bedroom door didn’t even fit in the frame- so it couldn’t close... The carpet is literally just glued down, I have to put a strip over the edges myself bc it was coming up... Kitchen floor is sloped so if anything spills it immediately spreads to under my stove... Refridgerator barely keeps my food cold (so I guess that’s good if you want soft serve ice cream) Property managers don’t seem to have best interest in regards, don’t enforce parking rules, dog poop everywhere, reports don’t stay anyonymous, and maintenance lacks it seems. The residents here are generally all very nice though! I’ve only had one unfortunate neighbor continuously harass others, but other than that everyone here is swell! No community events or gathering take place but people will say hey and chat as you pass.
