If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Do yourself a favor and avoid this rental property "management" group -- they are among the worst if not THE worst company to rent from in Greensboro, NC. They are business/profit over people. Once they secure your deposit (which you will never get back), the polite customer service ploy vanishes and the real BMG shines through. After my initial viewing of the rental house, I found the previous tenants prescription drugs in the bathroom cabinet and also found dirt/ash in the washing machine. I notified the BMG staff of this when I returned the key and Brittany said she would put a work order in. I assumed this would have been taken care of prior to my move-in. However, after moving in I was very disappointed to have found both issues unresolved. ​ I should have paid attention and realized this was a foreshadow of the next 2 years dealing with this company. Every maintenance request submitted took forever to be handled, Bonnie lacks the bare minimum for a pleasant customer service experience and BMG will nickel and dime you for everything so do not expect to see your deposit money back upon move-out. This company takes advantage of worn down properties, does the bare minimum to qualify them as "live-able", then charges crazy rents to make themselves and their clients profit.
