Horrible experience! They send me a message at 12:34pm and tell me that I have to call by 2 pm or my appointment will be rescheduled. Wait times on their line is over 45 minutes and when you are finally up they just hang up and you have to start the process over and over . My shoulder has been in excruciating pain for over a week now and I can't move forward with any kind of treatment or get any help without a MRI and I can't get that through here. I keep getting run around. Bad customer service and horrible way to run a company.

I would give zero rate as they don’t know how to bill they charge $100 for ct for cash patient and $500 for insurance and if we ask let me just pay cash they no you can’t do that because you sign page and we say I already talk with front deck nurs they say we don’t know this people are sick they don’t know there work please check and read everything before signing anything there they are not trustworthy people
