1 star for deceptive sales practices. After receiving (an extremely poor) rendering of the 3D artwork that I ordered, I asked for a refund or at least to change the subject photo to make for an easier rendering. However, customer service told me that they could only offer a partial refund because they had "already done the work." At no point from online ad to payment was there any mention of this policy. No Terms & Conditions, for a sale, not even a bullet point regarding return or refund policy. If you want to ensure that your designers are getting compensated for their time. that's fine. But you need to tell your customers that beforehand so that they know they're committing money regardless of their opinion of the work quality. Further, upon hearing this from customer service, I told them to not process that partial refund because I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. They went ahead and processed it anyway, likely betting that the remaining $30 wouldn't be worth the effort for me. They thought wrong. I don't care how long this takes. If you're running your business as shady as that, you are not going to keep a penny of mine.
