These people are great! This is the second phone I have bought from them and they "get me", they don't try to sell me something I don't want or need and they are very helpful and patient teaching me to use the phone. I highly recommend this business.

Apparently you absolutely can not buy a phone outright at us cellular. You literally cant get a phone unless you sign your life away for some of the worst service in maine . You would think they would just sell you a phone outright without having to be apart of there sick and twisted games , So I guess I'll have to wait until Walmart restocks . 10/10 do not reccomend , unless you like getting charged monthly through the roof.

I would highly recommend Pine tree cellular. I'd give them more than 5⭐ if it allowed! All their staff is is great. However, I'd like to say that I will only visit this US Cellular location because of AISLYNNE! She is extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! She always goes above and beyond to be sure that I leave the store 100% satisfied and with ZERO questions left (I usually have many 😉) Thank you Aislynne for THE BEST customer service experience around when it comes to cellular sales and service!
