Make sure you get a receipt, otherwise If you don't they may charge you for the equipment. Even after you returned it.

No, they will not credit it to your account and charge you then send your account to collections if someone else returns the equipment. Happened to me.

Yeah, they should just scan the items and give you a receipt confirming that they are returned. Since each device has a unique model number linked to the account the will automatically know who they belong to after scanned in.
