I haven't seen a cat at the park never. Small dogs, big dogs and toy dogs also but always carried with a belt. If your cat can be kept with a belt or contained i don't think that you will have any issues. You can call the park office and ask to make sure is ok.

I've seen small toy dogs and an iguana. However, pet policy are to keep in leach at a 6ft distance from you and or contained. Please call the state park reservoirs for additional info. They might be able to answer better!
