Only parking lot is closed on Tuesdays. Could park at the residential area below 2 1/2miles from Rangers office, then 2 miles to the water falls. The to trails is very brightly sunny so bring water and hydrated. Be safe narrow pathway, runners may suddenly appear and could know you out. In my case I would avoid hurt anyone, and would just fall off the ledges. Have fun and enjoy all of nature's beautyππ
On Tuesdays the park rangers sweep the pathways, brush the boulders, manicure the trees, bathe the bears, capture then release the mountain lions just for fun, sing to the squirrels, and turn the hose off at the top of the waterfall to conserve water, naturally
