Everything Wholesome
The shop only had one person working when I brought my laptop in. Although I’ve used their service before the inability to make an appointment makes it tough for emergencies as the 24-72 hour wait time for a diagnostic can be hazardous to a business or someone who works from their device. The flexibility would be nice.

Brought in my water-damaged Macbook pro, they were unable to repair the device with data recovered. When I tried to pick up the laptop, they told me in my face that they had already recycled my MBP, and NOBODY ever asked for my consent!!! I could not understand why they treat customers' property like that, and I will NEVER come again.

Steve and his team have went above and beyond for our office during our transition. They have not only made our process seamless so that our business can run efficiently but they also took the extra step to be honest and up front with fees. They have always communicated any issues and been open and honest. We have had several issues in past with other companies with fees, response times, or not resolving issue properly but we are very pleased with our decision to choose Tech Rockstars and we highly recommend them to any company. We have used them a couple years now and they remained consistent with the quality of service that they offer.

Hi Grady, Yes we would be happy to take a look at it for you. Please bring it into our shop and we can take a look at it. We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm & on Saturdays from 11:00pm to 3:00pm, we are closed Sundays.
