I bought a framed oil painting at a nearby auction house. It was a significant investment. I needed the painting shipped to Kansas City, MO. I called this UPS store to arrange the shipping. I talked to Lin. She was OUTSTANDING. I had many questions about the pickup of my painting at the auction house, shipping, packing, ground shipping vs air shipping, insurance, etc. I was concerned about the care and safety of the framed oil painting. With Lin's help and suggestions I made decisions about how I wanted the painting shipped. The oil painting arrived in perfect condition. No issues at all. It was packed with care and I couldn't believe how thorough the packing was. Double boxed with plenty of cushion wrap and bubble wrap and tightly packed into the second box. Based on my experience I highly recommend this UPS store and Lin. Thank you Lin!!

Have not been to this place in over a year but this time around, they got to check out a couple of ladies there....seen the recent reviews and I'm not the only one who thinks so. They either really hate their job or just misserable. Either way, people with attitude for no reason should not work with customers.

I dealt with the team in the Monrovia UPS store by email and phone only. I engaged them to pick up an item, pack it and send to me. I don't write a lot of reviews but I was so impressed with EVERYONE I dealt with in the store that I felt obligated to write a review. Everyone was extremely responsive and professional. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Was told my package was delivered to the Monrovia location, but they were unable to locate it. They used my tracking number to find out it was actually delivered to the Arcadia location. Also, any review mentioning fingerprints, that's the Arcadia location, not the Monrovia location. So, they're wrong.
