DO NOT allow your loved ones here! This place is literally evil! The negligence they have towards the sweet innocent people that they’re supposed to care for is disgusting!! It’s elder abuse in plain site!! How do you mistreat people who need your help? Why is it that those who are patients here become worse within weeks? How do you forget to provide MEDICATION!!!! The staff here are horrible!! Very disrespectful and careless. How do you tell someone you don’t know where there loved one is (after not showing up for an appointment they were supposed to take them to) but will check once you’re off your break?!

This place is horrible. My grandmother passed away 1-7-21 due to COVID from this place. After she passed away they gave me all of her belongings except her wallet with her bank cards, I.D and other personal information which is fishy. I’ve been calling over an over from my phone, they don’t answer. When I called from my girlfriends phone they answered. My grandmothers money always seemed to be missing and she was a triple amputee with dementia so there’s NO WAY she could get up and grab her belongings without someone doing it for her. Do not send your love ones here!

My granny was recently taken out of this horrible place after the negligence of care. She went in and was in great condition, just needing a little extra care than what we could provide her at home. She was walking, eating, laughing, and able to care for herself with minimal assistance. During her short time at the convalescent home, she stopped eating, stopped walking, hardly smiled and wilted down to almost nothing. We decided to pull her out due to the lack of care and compassion she was receiving there. I can not help but feel she would be in way better shape and condition if she never went. It is with a heavy heart that I leave this review to hopefully protect any other parents, grandparents and loved ones from becoming a victim of this kind of elderly abuse. Shame on them for not doing everything in their power to protect our loved ones.
