I have worked with multiple BMW dealerships in SoCal but BMW of Monrovia has been the most honest, friendly, and provided the most outstanding customer service so far. I returned a leased car to them and of course, BMW North America, gave me so many problems in the lease end process, but BMW of Monrovia handled it so professionally and resolved all issues. Abigail has provided an outstanding customer service from the beginning till the end. She has been always available and returned my voicemail quickly each time. My experience was great purchasing my car. Saw the car online at BMW of Long Beach and Tomas was nice enough to pick it up in Long Beach and drive it back to Monrovia where I wanted to see the car since Long Beach is a little too far for me. When I got there the process was quicker than when I got my first BMW. The car had a few dings which I asked Tomas if he could take care of them and he did without a problem. I’m more than happy with the service from the dealership and from Tomas. Thank you.

We went in in the late afternoon to look for a car for my wife. Wei Wei met us at the door and greeted us with a very warm welcome. We had a long drive so he offered us coffee before we started looking at cars. Once we started looking at some cars, Wei Wei was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and not once did we feel pressured. We weren't sure on which model we wanted so he took the time and explained the pros and cons of each model as well as different options that comes with different vehicles. We test drove four different models and he knew about each of them in detail. Wei Wei was warm, personable and very friendly. He spent a ton of time on trying to get us the best financing deals and kept us informed every step of the way. He even stayed after hours to take care of us as we got there later than expected. Once we decided to purchase the car, it was washed and cleaned and he even filled up the tank for us. If you're in the market for a BMW, Wei Wei is the man you want to talk to!

If a service appointment is booked in advance, there is a higher likelihood that we can secure a loaner vehicle. However, we cannot guarantee loaner vehicles at this time.
Service appointments are offered daily and can be scheduled in-advance. We also accept walk-in inquiries.
Approximately 4-6 weeks.
1. Daily sterilization of the store using an EPA Approved product. 2. Sterilization of the vehicles prior to/after use. 3. Hand Sanitization stations. 4. 6’ Social Distancing whenever possible. 5. All Teammates are required to wear masks. Guests are encouraged to wear masks and offered a complimentary disposable face covering. 6. All Teammates are required to complete a self-assessment prior to coming to work to verify they are symptom free. 7. Detailed Best Practices Playbook to ensure the safety of our teammates and guests.
