Small store with all you need. I went inside looking for baby clothes and found it pretty easy. Staff is friendly and guided me to what I was looking for. The only issue I came across was the lack of inventory on baby strollers, if you plan on buying strollers here, they don’t have any on display, online only. One of the benefits here is you can bring any returns from Amazon and drop them off here.

My go to kohl's. Friendly staff and some great finds. I also use them for some amazon returns. There is an ev charger in their parking lot as well which is a plus.

They are pretty safe. As mentioned, they clean the carts often and offer hand sanitizer at the entrance.

No, the dressing rooms are to remain closed due to covid. You can't try anything on in the store for the safety of customers/associates. However, you can make returns/exchanges for purchases within 180 days.
You start the return process on line from your Amazon acct. Then you can take it to Kohl's to ship it for free. If it gives a Kohl's as a drop off option.
