we drove 40 minutes to their store only to see their by appointment only signs pasted all over. it says this nowhere on the website and the employees were very rude on the phone. we have been coming here for 20 plus years and will not be coming back

We have come to this store for years, the product is of good quality and most of the time the customer service is good. However, we just had an encounter where we called 20mins before closing, to say we will be there in 10mins to pick up our order and it was told to us, no problem we have it ready. When we got there 14mins before closing, an older Caucasian woman with short hair, proceeded to tell us we should've already paid for it and she needs to see if the cashier wants to open the register, etc with an attitude. I find it unacceptable that our family has spent thousands of dollars in merchandise and we are treated like we are an inconvenience with impatience and disrespect. I've worked as a sales clerk many years ago, and we never would close the register until after the store was officially closed. The entire experience was IRRITATING. Please do better.

The salesperson was very nice. The bras are very expensive, but the fit is excellent. The place inside looks like it needs a good scrubbing, paint, & remodel, so don't expect much inside.

I've been recommending this place to my large bosom friends for years now because I found moderate success there once (pre pandemic), but no more. I've been trying to communicate about a bra for months without success. I finally drove 40 minutes to the store, parked a city block away, and hobbled there on a sprained ankle to pick-up a bra only to be greeted with large, rudely positioned signs saying "By appointment ". Uhmmm what is this? 1970? Nowhere on their online pages does it say by appointment. Plus it's 2022 now. They haven't figured out how to service customers in 3 years of pandemic? On the door was a local telephone number for inquiries -- okay. I called the telephone number that they had posted on their door and it immediately disconnected. It didn't even go to vm. No answers on their business phone either. I hobbled around the building and of course lights were on and the security gate was closed but the main door was open. It was in business hours on a day scheduled to be open and they didn't want to service customers. I won't be back. I'm working too hard here to give this business my money. It's hard to find nice styles in my size anyway.
