Not much to say but the worker were so very kind.but slow.Hood God the customer was getting a few items an I needed too get my Gas cap replaced some one Haded stolen it.The man that help me he was so very very nice an yes I will be able to go way back over there too get this services again an again.i was out done with this man.(worker) when he took out the time too tell me where I needed to go an bring back too him an that he Haded too reset . some thing for that light too go out..I said too my self an the lady that was with me I will y comming 11 miles too get this services again and again .went home an told my husband about when I got into my Van this morning an the Gas Cap was gone telling you this is the 5thing this week that someone has been taken parts off of my Van .an I would always go over too New Bern Ave Raleigh NC too get the parts too my Van.ok Hagn it is 2:40 am on Saturday morning.

Don't normally do this but I had to take the time to commend Jennifer at this store for being so very helpful. Had a battery that was dying and had to get a jump which charged the battery for a short time. Since the battery had a warranty, I returned to this store to have it checked. The associate almost debated with me on the validity of the my story, he checked the battery and insisted it was ok. A few weeks later the battery completely died. I managed to get the vehicle back to the store and explained what happened to Jennifer. She didn't hesitate to check the battery, look me up in the system, see and honor my warranty and even install the battery after I told her she had done enough. She did not dispute nor try to work around getting me another battery. I appreciated that. She went above and beyond to give good customer service and I felt she needed to be recognized....Thank you Jennifer!

I got there late 8:35 because my tow truck was of course late. So, Lorinzo said that he couldn't charge my battery. But, he could check it for some reason. He had the worst customer service that I've ever seen. He was rushing me. Saying, "dat I close duh store in 20 minutes. I don't have time too do that". Yes, your store closes at 9pm. But,you need to help your customers as best as you can! He was horrible! You should look into this guy still being a representative of your company.Truly pathetic!!

All employees wore masks, but, customers(although "required" in order to shop), were not compliant and management did nothing.
They stock most car and/or vehicle parts, tools and merchandise.
