The last review 6 months ago? Perhaps it was a bad day but PAC Lumber saved my hide today LAST MINUTE request for pressure treated lumber DELIVERED ASAP. Was in a panic situation last minute need, PAC lumber answered phone first ring at 8:05 AM today, Payden in sales took care of me and not having to go to a Dickson Lumber supply, and having delivery immediately could not ask for more. Courteous, helpful, great experience overall

This business has shoddy customer service. The sales staff do not call customers back even after several calls, messages left and a period of several days going by. If you stop by in person, you’re told the sales staff are not there.
