I visited this Advance Auto because my check engine light was on and I was hoping they’d be able to drop the code. Philip went above and beyond to assist me - he not only got the code, but he also looked up the diagnosis and even helped identify which O2 sensor was affected. He then took the time to show me exactly which sensor on my car it was and helped me take a photo so I’d be able to locate it again later. He looked up the part I’d need as well as the tool I’d need to DIY it if I chose to go that route. He didn’t rush me and wrote everything down on a paper for me to take with me. He didn’t try to upsell me or push product. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at an Advance Auto - I will definitely be back. Thank you, Philip!

Why does your customer service people not know what your pricematch policy is, I have read it and it says nothing about same brands your store carries not happy right now your policy states identical or comparable to your products I am very angry.

indeed says they get paid 8.50/hr, glassdoor says 9/hr and if they override prices too much they get written up like most retail places - sorry but thats a real world answer

Not sure for that location. It may be different for the office verses the retail stores. Not for mine in Rolesville.

What do you do when you get charged for a quote after buying over 100.00 dollars in parts plus they lost my air filter and three days later call to tell me they have to re order .

Complain to the manager. If no satisfaction, ask for the manager's manager. I have never seldom been charged for a quote that was not applied to the final bill.

You guys new return policy is cheating people I took a electronic part back for a part that was never taken out of the box still brand new and they wouldn't take it back because you're return policy
