Very disappointed with our visit to Sierra service department unit. We took our Chevy Suburban due to having a similar issue that we had previously had them address a week after we purchased our vehicle. Twice, the engine dies while in gear and they state its just a battery issue. This issue seems very unlikely because the engine stops running COMPLETELY. They insisted on this being the issue regardless of me recommending to check the main computer. We asked for our battery back so we can check it ourselves to see if indeed this is the issue and they have not called us back. Also, when we picked up the vehicle, none of the settings are in the car. The dome lights and lights on floor (when you open the doors) are not on. The thing is we KNOW there is a bigger issue going on here and even though we are willing to pay a deductible to get it fixed, no one seems to care about this. My family's safety is on the line and I need answers.

I was going to go there tomorrow about leasing a Chevy bolt, but after reading this, with no response from the dealership really concerns me -- guess I'll go to the Glendale location.
