Yes, you can fly them there. I was there in August and I saw a family recording their trip on the lake.. really cute.
Yes, I’ve seen people flying their fdrones in off the cliff every time I’ve gone. Most of them are using it for photography. I’m sure you could get some amazing shots, especially during the fall
I didn't see any signs saying no, but did see people flying them. You can always contact The Bear Mountain Inn, Westchester County Parks and recreation, or The New York State Police.
I haven't seen any sign against flying drones. So i suppose you can because its a big open space. And the view from the towel is amazing and perfect for it.
We went twice but I didn't see any drones.
My brother in law has a drone and he was able to fly it up on the tower and by the marry go round. so I suppose you can.
NY state parks have prohibited UAV flying through out their park system. You can't launch or land in the park... which means you could possibly fly over it. But there is a power plants nearby so the entire area could be restricted airspace where you can't fly. Be careful!

We wete there last year and someone had a drone. So I would say yes.
I'm not sure, sorry. I went early winter and it was a bit windy so I didn't see any drones. Have you tried calling the park?
