Any recommendations for the closest/cheapest camping spot @ the Gorge Oct 1 & 2? Also any tips from locals/past attendees about the weather during this time, driving conditions from the airport to the venue? Any canyons/steep terrain? Thank you!

The gorge amphitheater has its own campground in like five different levels of camping depending on what you're looking for. GA is the cheapest, but we go up there every Labor Day weekend and camp in Premiere. That at least gets you access to running water and showers. Everybody gets to use a porta-potty though. Everything on site is walkable. Depending on the show, there's usually a bunch of vendors and cool stuff on the on-site camping that you won't get anywhere else. Wildhorse is another option that's close by. It's small and pretty plush and has good amenities I hear. They also have a bus that will ferry you to and from the venue, it's less than 5 minutes away. But you will have to take a shuttle. Third option is the campground at vantage. It's pretty nice and right on the Columbia River, but it's like a 20 minute drive from the venue. It's probably cheap, but you still have to get a parking pass and drive back and forth everyday. There's also dispersed camping at Quincy Lakes.

You can camp onsite, but I would recommend wild horse. Smaller and offer more amenities such as hot showers. Very close to venue as well.

Wild Horse camp ground by far the best. I just got back & weather is beautiful. Low 80's for high & 50's for low. October may be cooler. I would check out crescent bar spot on the river. If you have time, check out Wenatchee River. It's so beautiful.

GOLD CAMPING! The only way to camp! Lots of utilities including showers, the best spots are 1st come 1st bla bla! Enjoy!

Camping onsite is usually the best in my experience but seems like availability for Beyond is slim. You can see if anyone is selling passes in the event page. There is varying and uneven terrain everywhere (grass, dirt, gravel, concrete). Bring comfy shoes you don't mind getting a little scuffed. Weather in October will be COLD. possibility of sun during the day, but always expect wind and very cold nights. See ya there!

Plenty of camping. Wildhorse is (without a doubt) the best!

Was just there, hot in the morning, windy in the afternoon, chilly at night. We stayed in general camping. Was AMAZING

There's camping at the gorge amphitheater. General camping is the cheapest
