The Gorge is owned by Live Nation. Every ticket goes through them one way or another. Tickets not sold through LN (or by Ticketbastard) are being sold on secondary market (and came from LN/TM). Tickets sold at gate are LN/TM.
Best to go through them, that's who runs the concerts over there... you don't want to run the risk of buying bunk tickets. I personally prefer ticketmaster
Highly recommend just biting the proverbial bullet here. Buying from 3rd party websites is a real coin toss. A lot of scammers out there.

If events don't sell out, they sell tickets at the ticket office right before entering the Gorge
