The VIP lot is more accessible than the GA lot. It will have a shuttle that runs to an accessible entrance closer to the stage
You can also check the amphitheater website for specifics on handicap accommodations! There's ramps all over the place, but the parking area is mostly pretty bumpy grass.
Just make sure you go earlier by say 30 mins. The staff there is very wheelchair friendly and will tell you where to park and even let you in earlier to find a suitable place.. have fun!!
